General Policies
Hours of opening
- The Nursery is open from Monday – Friday from 9:30 am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9.30 am – 1.30 pm(office only).
- The Nursery will be closed on all government declared holiday and on events or circumstances which are outside our control. We shall not be obligated to provide alternative childcare facilities to you.
Changes of Details and Court Order
- If there is any change in address and Telephone numbers
- If the child is subjected to a court order the schools has to be kept informed and
- Provide a copy of the same on request.
Equal Opportunities
Our Nursery is an equal opportunities centre,which makes decisions without regard to race , colour , sex, religion national origin age disability marital status or sex change status or any other factors protected by law.
Settling Time
It is our aim to provide children with the settling time in school so that they get practiced to the new surrounding and get adapted. Each child need differs so the length time for settling may vary from child to child .hence we would follow a staggered time and gradually increase it by hours to suit the childs age , hence we request each and every parent to cooperate with us so that the child would be happy while coming to school so that we can ensure a smooth transition.
Complaints or Concerns
customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and any concerns/complaints, should be addressed with the childs early years practioner , if concerns are not been resolved to your satisfaction.
Change of T&C
The Nursery reserve the rights to make amendments to terms and conditions of your children childcare contract without any prior notice.
Property and premises Policy
Personal property
The Nursery does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought on to the premises by children or parents. Hence please refrain from putting on any gold jewelry on the child, if you do so, it will be at your own risk .
Clothing
We have a (NO UNIFORM POLICY) parents are requested to send children in easily washable and comfortable clothing and an extra clothing labeled which the child will carrying their bag every day for emergency purpose. Please discourage children from bringing items of value to the nursery.
Nappies
Parents are advised to provide their preferred nappies and additional nappy of their preference for changing when required and also please send it labeled with child name.
Carpark
Parents can use the drop off /pick up zone for not more than 10 minutes, at your own risk. Please follow the speed limit in school zones

Enrollment documents to be submitted. The documents mentioned are correct in the website.
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Copy of immunization record
- Aadhar card copy / passport copy of the child
- Both parents Aadhar card copy/ passport copies.
- 6 passport size photographs of the child.
- 1 passport size photograph of the father, mother and parent’s representative incase of emergency drop-offs / pick-ups.
All requested documents form a part of Childs admission record and belong to the Nursery. If requested documents are not provided by the date specified, the provisional admission will be cancelled or withdrawn.
The completion of your child admission is not guarantee at the time of filling registration document we will be confirming after 3 days based on availability of seats. The terms and conditions laid out in the registration documents are binding.
Child drop OFF/pick up policy.
- Strictly adhere to the timings of Drop off/pickup to avoid trafficking in front of the gate
- Handover your child to an adult (+18) in the premises
- Sign in /out at the preschool Gate
- Incase parent representative drop off/ Pick up, its mandatory to call the preschool and priory update us and to bring the parent ID card along with the Aadhar Card of the parent representative.
- Please follow the 10 minutes parking allotment for smooth drop off and pick up at the premises
Food and drink policy
Water
We at VIBGYOR provide fresh drinking water to all children throughout the day as part of our commitment to offering children healthy food and drink options.
For little grown up children we inculcate the habit of getting water themselves when thirsty by keeping water nearly available to them when thirsty, as this will promote the habit of independence and self-help skills.
For little children water will be available and offered throughout the day by school staffs alongside designated snack and meal times in either beakers or cups depending up
